The month of October was filled with celebrations for our lab. To congratulate Carmen and Olivia moving forward in their careers (and departing our lab), we went out for a celebratory lunch at Indochine Vietnamese Bistro. With lots of delicious food, great conversations, and thoughtful gifts, who wouldn’t enjoy an outing like this?
October was also a popular month for lab member birthdays. As always, birthday potlucks reveal that some of our lab members are amazing chefs/bakers! With homemade delectable treats and other delicious foods from Hruska’s and Trader Joes, it is always an enjoyable time to celebrate together as a lab. Happy birthday to Paola, Kilee, and Aparna!
